This painting was inspired by the early summer foliage and light as I wandered down this remote lane to Gillan cove on the lizard. Just wide enough for one vehicle. Mostly laden with stinging nettles and the odd cluster of early campion, foxgloves, rapeseed and hawthorn blossom.
